WiserHQ.com (“we”, “us”) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 in the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information.

We collect only the personal information we need to run the platform and serve body corporate management firms. That includes: contact details you give us directly (name, firm, email, phone), identifiers from supplier utility bills loaded into the platform (customer numbers, ICP codes, premises addresses), and standard technical data from your browser when you visit the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. Information is stored in NZ or Australia and accessed only by staff who need it to deliver the service.

You have the right to request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you. Write to privacy@wiserhq.com and we will respond within twenty working days per section 40 of the Act.
