WiserHQ (“we”, “us”) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 in the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information.

As a digital product studio, we collect only the personal information we need to talk with you and to design, build and run the software we’re engaged to deliver. That includes: contact details you give us directly (name, organisation, email, phone), information you share about a prospective project, and standard technical data from your browser when you visit the site. Any data held inside software we build for a client is governed by that client, under a separate agreement.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. Information is hosted in Aotearoa New Zealand and accessed only by people who need it to deliver the work.

You have the right to request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you. Write to privacy@wiserhq.com and we will respond within twenty working days per section 40 of the Act.
