WiserHQ.com is a New Zealand software company. We build utility bill automation for firms that manage other people's property — starting with body corporate management.

Our first platform came from working closely with a NZ utility management specialist who was drowning in bill data entry. Hundreds of supplier PDFs a month. ICPs mis-matched to the wrong buildings. Owner committees waiting weeks for invoices. We built the system that solved it — and it's been running live ever since.

We're now extending that platform to other NZ body corporate firms with the same problem. One founder. One live product. One clear focus: stop ops teams from typing numbers out of PDFs.

We work with retailers the industry actually uses — Genesis, Meridian, Contact, Powershop, Megatel — in NZD, metric, and NZ English. Built here, for firms here.
